OskarM16 VPN

This was a service hosted by my friend's server under Windows Server 2019, the aim was to provide a VPN service in schools connecting via LAN and then accessing the free web via SIM Card. This service is currently down at the moment but is scheduled to be back running after some time. Updates will be here.
